About Us

Smallfry was established in 1982 and Naomi and Peter Derrick, who had been involved as parents since 1989, took over management in 2003. However, in 2001 Naomi and Peter founded Derrick Talent Management (DTM), which is now the adult agency for Smallfry.

Smallfry and DTM are one of Victoria’s leading drama and modeling talent agencies. We are selective in recruiting our talent and pride ourselves in our honest and genuine selection criterion. Smallfry and DTM are highly regarded within the industry by all peers.
